THE ROSE COTTAGE AT BROOKS VIEW WINS SILVER AWARD AT 2026 TRIANGLE PARADE OF HOMES!
Our team is extremely proud to share this achievement. The Rose Cottage at Brooks View located at 800 Brooks Avenue is the culmination of countless hours of hard work to create a property that honors the city of Raleigh, inspires forward-thinking design, and celebrates timeless craftsmanship. This home is the echelon of our craft.
The Rose Cottage at Brooks View stands as a testament to Raleigh’s storied heritage while embracing the forward-thinking energy of the capital city. Custom-crafted for an enviable parcel in a sought-after pocket of Raleigh Proper, the residence strikes a thoughtful balance between classic mid-century ranches and sleek modern estates. Architecturally, the cottage delivers a sophisticated evolution of the craftsman style, effortlessly blending classic textures and warm finishes with clean lines and dynamic contemporary forms. Its interior and exterior design evoke an intriguing, elevated mood that feels entirely current, yet remains anchored by a enduring structural foundation that offers an immediate sense of home.
