Parade of Homes 2024 Winners

Parade Of Homes 2024: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill

The arrival of crisp fall air can always guarantee the beginning of the annual Parade of Homes by Wake County Home Builders Association. McNeill Burbank is proud to showcase two distinct award winning homes in the 2024 Parade.

We are proud to announce our Silver Award Winner in this year’s parade. Our beloved Andsley home at 1713 Birdhaven Lane is nestled within the desirable Wendell Falls community of Wendell. This specific Andsley home has a sense of comfort with the welcoming exterior colors shown in the beautiful whites that keep the feeling of a classic custom home. Within the Andsley, the home exudes a space that provides luxury in subtle details. Our iconic true hardwood floors sprawl across the first floor and harmoniously collide with gorgeous trim details carefully designed on crisp white walls. The gorgeous kitchen of the Andsley home has an updated personality with the gray cabinets and bright countertops.

Just up the road we are thrilled to announce our Bronze winning home, The Fletcher home at 1761 Piney Falls Drive in Wendell, North Carolina. The Fletcher home will be open after the parade as the newest McNeill Burbank Model Home. From the outside the home is an architectural treasure combining transitional materials and using a soft neutral color scheme. The interior of the home is comfortable, welcoming and seamlessly open. We used some of our most refreshing color palette to compliment the spacious home. Shiny chrome and beautiful brassy gold finishes are layered throughout the space to create a chic vibe.

We share our utmost gratitude for the Home Builders Association of Wake County for hosting yet again such a phenomenal Parade of Homes. As a local home builder of the Triangle, we continue to look forward to participating in such an exciting annual event.
