More than just a badge of quality, the Guildmaster Award represents a builder’s consistent dedication to communication, service, and craftsmanship—measured directly by the voices of their customers. The Guildmaster Award is more than a customer service trophy—it’s a data-driven recognition based on real feedback from real clients. To qualify, builders must meet strict eligibility requirements that reflect transparency, consistency, and a high standard of excellence throughout the entire customer experience.
The cornerstone of the Guildmaster Award is homeowner satisfaction. Eligible builders must achieve a 90% or higher “Likely to Recommend” score, which far exceeds the residential construction industry average of about 70%.
To ensure the feedback represents a meaningful sample size, a builder must have at least 20 completed customer surveys from the qualifying year. If fewer than 20 are received, GuildQuality may include responses from prior years to reach that threshold.

Only current GuildQuality members in good standing are eligible to receive the award. Membership must be active from the start of the qualification period through the public review period.
