Inside the Beltline is a beautiful area with historic neighborhoods that haven’t lost their charm from overdevelopment. Many of these neighborhoods are walkable and have a strong sense of community, such as Mordecai, Hayes Barton, and Bloomsbury. The historic homes have a variety of architectures, including Craftsman bungalows, Tudor-style houses, and Colonial Revivals. Our new construction blends in with the homes that have been here forever. New homes incorporate similar architectural styles and maintain a consistent scale and character to ensure a cohesive aesthetic.
People love the ITB area for the proximity to its amenities, including downtown Raleigh, museums, festivals, job opportunities, arts and culture, and upscale shopping and dining.
